He is the president of Western Returned Scholars Association of Guangzhou,Huangpu District,and the editorial board of three international journals.Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Liu Fude is a technology entrepreneur who is mainly engaged in the research of new generation energy storage batteries. The representative result is mainly to realize the ultra-high crystallinity silicon column on the glass with millimeter wave for the first time; invented a high-capacity aluminum air battery and developed an inexpensive catalyst, thereby greatly extending the endurance of the electric vehicle. At the same time, he invented a new type of solar cell, which confirmed the feasibility of a non-p-n solar cell and opened the door to a new field.
