On Dec. 8, 2017, The overseas high-level youth talent association and the first member representative conference were successfully held in the 4th Zhuhai International Student Festival. The Overseas High-level Youth Talents Association is a branch composed of the “World's Top Experts” from the Guangdong Oversea-educated Youths Association and the young experts from the Guangdong Overseas High-level Talents Introduction Program.

Liu FuDe, the CEO of Daopulse, was invited to participate in the conference and was appointed as the vice president of the first executive committee of the Overseas High-level Youth Talent Association.
