On Dec. 21, 2017, The " Western Returned Scholars Association's Guangzhou Economic Development Symposium" jointly hosted by the Western Returned Scholars Association and the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government was held in the beautiful Guangzhou city. There are 32 returnees from all over the country and 23 leaders from relevant departments in Guangzhou. During the meeting, Dr. Fude Liu, the national distinguished expert and CEO of Daopulse, put forward profound insights.

The Symposium invited 33 authoritative experts or related entrepreneurs from three fields of  IT/ICT, Artificial Intelligence and Bio-pharmaceutical to discuss the development of IAB industry in Guangzhou. Dr. Fude Liu give the suggestion of "attracting talents to Guangzhou". And he believes that the government can provide some support for talent entrepreneurship and tailor some preferential policies for enterprises.

Then, Li Ming, deputy mayor of Guangzhou, point out that the symposium bring together experts in the fields of R&D, marketing, finance, investment, and post-service, hoping to promote economic development and optimization in Guangzhou, attracting industrial clusters and industry alliances.
